Services Description
New England Care Advisory provides independent life care management and care navigation services. Our services include assessment, care planning, coordination, and advocacy for families navigating aging, disability, and complex care transitions.
What We Are Not
New England Care Advisory is NOT:
- A home care staffing agency
- A clinical practice issuing diagnoses or medical orders
- An insurance case management function
- A paid placement broker receiving facility commissions
- A legal or financial advisor
Independence and Conflict-Free Status
New England Care Advisory accepts no commissions, kickbacks, referral fees, or financial incentives from home care agencies, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, medical providers, or any other service vendors. Our recommendations are based solely on client safety, family goals, practical feasibility, and timing considerations.
Scope of Services
The specific scope of services will be defined in your engagement agreement. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. We coordinate with your medical team but do not replace clinical care providers.
Fees and Payment
Our services are private pay. Fee schedules are provided before engagement begins. Payment terms are specified in your engagement agreement.
Confidentiality
We maintain the confidentiality of all client information. Information is shared only with your explicit consent or as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
New England Care Advisory provides advisory and coordination services. We are not liable for decisions made by healthcare providers, facilities, or family members. Our role is to inform, coordinate, and advocate—not to make medical or care decisions on your behalf.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Fees for services rendered prior to termination remain due.
